Engineer of the “Mines National Corps”, born in 1958, is graduated from “Telecom Paris Tech” (1993).
He is currently “Chargé de Mission” at the “National Advisory Board on Industry, Energy and Technologies”. His main task is about Information System.
He is also involved in some of the topics developed at the National Advisory Board, especially those related to Energy Efficiency in general, and more specifically in the ICT domain.
His skills in Energy Efficiency were developed through the consulting company he created (2006) on renewable energies and buildings energy efficiency. Prior to this period, he was involved in many R&D projects in telecommunication area, such as : Digital Audio Broadcasting (“Eureka 147” project, 1995), Software Open Multi-Media Interactive Terminals (“ACTS-AC033” project, 1997), and Transmitter-Receiver for Optical Digital Transmissions (French RNRT Project “ERMIONE”, 2000).
