Maria RUGINA

Maria Rugina graduated Faculty of Physics – University of Bucharest.

She is now working as senior researcher within Energy Research and Modernisation Institute (ICEMENERG) – Bucharest.

Her main field of work is energy efficiency, data bases-energy indicators, sustainable development, energy strategies and policies. She published three books and more scientific papers.
