Background

I have a background and experience in International Business and Sustainable development.

I've passed a master in International Management from ISG-CESMI Paris (France). I've also got degrees from the Manhattan Institute of Management in New York (USA) and from the International Management University of Asia in Tokyo (Japan).

Since 2003, I am in charge of Sustainability for Europe, Middle-East and Africa. My primary focus is to ensure that sustainability is encompassed into each business unit and processes. In close relationship with the headquarter and the countries, I educate Lexmark stakeholders with a special interest towards the employees and the customers, promote the sustainability inside each operation and programme, ensure that customers's expectations are listened and considered, initiate partnerships, ensure that programmes's synergy and consistency's goals are met and encourage individual responsibility towards internal best practices.

For the last 6 years, I've been inspiring new ways of doing business within innovative project scopes. My main focus remains the consecutive change management mindset that sustainability requires: inside each business area, I make sure that sustainability is used as a Business driver and enlarges new opportunities for the company and the community in which we operate.
